Group Training
Working as part a group offers a shared experience, an immediate ‘practice audience’ and a wide range of feedback.
For individuals, my flagship course, Communication Fundamentals, runs every month.
This is an intensive, hands-on, and practical course, for a maximum of four participants. Over the course of five half-day sessions, participants develop practical strategies for getting their messages to land consistently.
For organisations, I offer bespoke group trainings which cover the skills you want your people to master.
Effective communication between colleagues and teams is central to the smooth running of an organisation. It motivates individuals, inspires collaboration, and creates a more efficient and productive workplace. Courses are individually designed to address the specific needs of a given team, and can be delivered virtually or in person.
